Being a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals you see other people’s portfolios and this is one that caught my eye.  Rebecca Parker has created some great photo illustrations.

She creates some very cool images that remind me a lot of J.W. Waterhouse.  Check out her portfolio here.
